    Interest Rates have pushed home prices down, while that is good for Buyers, more and more listings come on the Market making it more difficult for The Seller to get a full price offer. Buyers have so many homes to choose from has moved the sellers to accept lower than asking Priced Offers. As we enter Spring & Summer time comes possibilities for peak in Prices to rise and Interest Rates to lower. We shall have to see with 2025. This type of Market can either go one way or another.
